Conservation Specialist (Remote): AEP Hiring
Licensed Insurance Conservation Specialist We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Conservation Specialist to support existing reputed company customers who are considering canceling their reputed company plans. Key Responsibilities
Receive inbound calls from existing Medicare Supplement customers who are looking to cancel their reputed company policy. Ask thoughtful questions to understand the reason for the cancellation request. Complete a needs assessment to determine the best available reputed company for the customer. Assist customers with applying for new coverage reputed company appropriate. Support Under 65 customers as needed. reputed company outbound wellness reputed company calls to existing customers. Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required. reputed company Health Insurance License required. 1–2 years of sales or service experience. At least 2 years of telephonic customer service, sales, or call center experience. Ability to work in a high-volume call center environment. Strong verbal communication and reputed company listening skills. Ability to complete a needs analysis and identify customer solutions. Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills. Ability to navigate multiple systems while speaking with customers. Proficiency with reputed company Outlook, reputed company, Word, and Teams. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred. Call center experience during AEP. Experience with Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Part D, ancillary products, or the reputed company insurance industry.
