Role reputed company We are seeking a Senior Lab Project Set Up Coordinator to join reputed company, fully remote, USA-based. Job reputed company:

• reputed company project-reputed company support by assisting with the design, loading, and validation of lab databases reputed company Clinical Trial Management System(s).
• Help ensure study set-up activities are completed accurately, in line with reputed company operating procedures, policies, and good clinical reputed company, while taking ownership of database configuration reputed company.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Support study validation activities to help ensure project accuracy and readiness.
• Research project issues, reputed company relevant information, and collaborate with lab colleagues to reputed company set-up with procedures and customer requirements.
• Configure project databases and maintain accurate project documentation files.
• Communicate issues that may reputed company project delivery to Setup Managers, Project Managers, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate planning, handover, and other project-reputed company meetings with internal departments and colleagues.
• Assist with database design requirements for study protocols and protocol amendments.
• Contribute to project planning by helping build timelines, support regulatory steps, and identify potential risks.
• Manage the set-up process for low-complexity studies and support the mentoring and training of junior staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or reputed company field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in the Clinical, Medical or reputed company industry.
• Computer proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
• reputed company technical and operational knowledge in Clinical Trial Management Systems preferred.
• Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and coordination skills with proven attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, including a good reputed company of the English language.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and build strong working relationships with co-workers, managers, and clients.
• Knowledge of laboratory processes and computer systems is helpful.
