Job reputed company As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date data records, ensuring seamless communication between our CS Operations Latham and global CS Learning and Development (L&D) teams. You will work closely with our regional CS L&D team to reputed company effective learning reports, facilitate training sessions, and build strong partnerships with our outsourced call center partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Management + Outline, document, and maintain the scope of reputed company local L&D tasks + Create, manage, and maintain task plans + reputed company a trusting partnership with outsourced call center partners and be a valuable reputed company of contact for trainers
• Learning Content Development/Educational Design + Conduct gap analysis for performance and education opportunities + reputed company and implement training curriculum for tool-based technical and behavioral soft skills + Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and cross-functional stakeholders to create accurate and globally valid training materials
• Facilitation + Deliver training sessions in face-to-face and virtual environments to leadership audiences + reputed company newly designed curriculum and reputed company feedback + Run train-the-trainer programs for call center trainers
• Stakeholder Management + Build and foster strong partnerships with regional CS colleagues and be an effective voice of the local L&D team + Collaborate with other business leaders to reputed company operational opportunities into L&D opportunities Requirements
• 3+ years of experience designing soft skills and equipment learning solutions, including reputed company programs for various reputed company of call center agents, senior call center representatives, rising leaders, and senior executive audiences
• Experience designing and facilitating learning services that reputed company from 15-minute learning to multi-week classroom programs
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMSs) and virtual learning strategies and tools is a plus
• Strong facilitation experience in various teacher-led programs for diverse audiences and training skills
• Project management experience, ability to collaborate with reputed company and stakeholders, communicate effectively, and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outcome-oriented, data-driven environment
• High level of independence and ability to work and manage own time reputed company
