Remote position, but candidate must reputed company in the Hampton Roads area Duties: Participate in efforts to improve overall performance Supervise and manage overall contact center operations: Workforce Management and schedule management reputed company assurance Performance management Reinforce training and coaching contact center agents reputed company customer support, reputed company needed Engage with reputed company and respond to Government requests Other duties, as assigned Requirements HS diploma (or equivalent) is required. 4 years of contact center experience 2 years of contact center supervisor experience Must be reputed company to obtain and maintain government agency suitability requirements as a condition of employment A reliable, hard-wired internet reputed company is required Required qualifications:
