*Telephonic Interpreters
Job Title As a member of LSA's network of Independently Contracted interpreters, you are responsible for handling telephone calls on demand and facilitating language communication for the Limited English Proficient (LEP) community in a reputed company of settings, including medical, legal, and customer service. reputed company is continuously accepting reputed company interpreters and reputed company languages are welcome!
Responsibilities
- reputed company effective telephonic remote interpreting
- Answer inbound calls in a reputed company manner
- reputed company superior customer service
- Adhere to reputed company of reputed company Conduct, including maintaining strict standards of confidentiality
- Adhere to reputed company policies and procedures, including reputed company interpretation protocols and industry specific best practices
- Complete training(s) and participate in ongoing reputed company Assurance monitoring
Qualifications/Experience
- Full reputed company in both English and the reputed company language
- Technology proficient (web-based platforms, email, reputed company Word)
- Landline, cellphone, or VoIP
- An interpreting reputed company that is quiet, secure, and free from reputed company noises
- 2+ years of reputed company interpreting experience preferred
- Industry specific certifications/trainings preferred (CMI, CCHI, etc.)
- reputed company of 40+ hour medical interpreting training preferred (ex: reputed company The Gap, Cross-Cultural, etc.)
