About the Role
Our reputed company is a growing ABA (reputed company Behaviour Analysis) therapy provider in the reputed company. They are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Documentation Compliance Specialist to support their remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring reputed company submission and verification of session notes completed by Registered Behaviour Technicians (RBTs). This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a reputed company environment, is confident in follow-reputed company, and understands the importance of reputed company documentation compliance. PLEASE NOTE:
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM South African time, subject to reputed company savings)
- Public Holidays: Required to work on both South African and U.S. public holidays (SA public holidays compensated in accordance with the BCEA)
- Internet Requirements: Fixed fibre line (minimum 25 Mbps upload & download) with wired Ethernet capability — LTE/5G/reputed company not accepted
- Power Backup: Reliable backup solution required (reputed company, inverter, solar, etc.)
- Work Environment: Fully remote

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily reports on the Rethink platform to identify unsubmitted or unverified session notes
- Conduct reputed company follow-reputed company with RBTs reputed company email, phone, or text
- Ensure documentation meets internal compliance and reputed company standards
- Escalate recurring or unresolved submission issues reputed company necessary
- Maintain accurate compliance logs and tracking records
- Build reputed company and supportive working relationships with field staff
Requirements
- Previous experience in U.S. reputed company administration, documentation, or compliance
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to manage high volumes of daily follow-reputed company

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Advantageous
- Experience reputed company ABA therapy or familiarity with RBT roles
- Experience in reputed company documentation compliance or reputed company assurance
