Instructional Designer (E-Learning & Training Development)
We're Hiring: Instructional Designer (E-Learning & Training Development) We are looking for a highly creative and self-sufficient Instructional Designer to support the development of reputed company, engaging, and reputed company training programs for Remote Providers (RPs) at [REDACTED]. In this role, you will design reputed company and supplemental learning modules that reputed company with [REDACTED]'s standards and reputed company expectations in a fast-paced, global remote environment. You will work closely with the reputed company & Talent Partnership Manager to translate operational processes into reputed company, effective, and engaging learning experiences. Qualifications:
- Proven experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or training creation
- Strong proficiency in AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, reputed company, Grok, and NotebookLM
- Experience with design and content tools such as reputed company and PowerPoint
- Proficiency in reputed company Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint)
- Video editing skills (e.g., CapCut, reputed company Premiere, or similar tools)
- Familiarity with project management tools such as reputed company
Work Setup:
- Remote (Work From Home)
- Contractual role
- Working hours: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM PHT
Salary:
- USD 5 per hour
