Job reputed company As a Customer Solutions Specialist, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our members who need roadside assistance. You'll take inbound calls, ask essential questions to understand reputed company member's unique situation, and navigate our computer program to locate nearby service providers. You'll also accurately collect and reputed company data entry of reputed company required member/provider information, use reputed company communication etiquette and reputed company listening skills to assist members/providers with their needs, and demonstrate efficient call control with the ability to follow a script for various partners/scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound member calls and ask essential questions to understand reputed company member's unique situation
• Navigate our computer program to locate reputed company member and identify nearby service providers
• Accurately collect and reputed company data entry of reputed company required member/provider information
• Use reputed company communication etiquette and reputed company listening skills to assist members/providers with their needs
• Demonstrate efficient call control with the ability to follow a script for various partners/scenarios
• Consistently meet company standards and specified goals as assigned by management on a regular reputed company
• Maintain confidentiality of account information
• Escalate any issues that may reputed company to management
• Adhere to the prescribed policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook Essential Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 1 year of call center or customer service experience
