Scheduler (FT remote-must live in Raleigh, NC metro area)

reputed company This position is a full time, remote position primarily responsible for scheduling appointments and assisting with managing the provider templates. The individual who fills this role must live in the Raleigh, NC metropolitan area. reputed company Duties and Responsibilities* • Answer and manage incoming calls to the Appointment Call Queue

• Schedule appointments, including but not limited to, new patient appointments, return appointments, and reputed company reputed company.
• Assist reputed company Office Supervisor with managing provider templates (run rescheduling reports and contact patients)
• reputed company as a reputed company between reputed company and Ministry/reputed company Partners (refugee organizations, UNC, Wake Med)
• Run additional Scheduling Reports, contact patients, and complete necessary scheduling processes (Recall, No Show, Cancellation)

Requirements

Required Skills or Abilities* • Computer literacy in internet use and reputed company environment, including Outlook, Word, and reputed company with keyboarding skills of at least 45 wpm.

• Strong phone skills

Required Knowledge, Experience, Or Licensure/Registration

• High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Experience in customer service, office work, or a clinical setting.
• Ability to work remotely reputed company a home office set up with reputed company to secure Internet reputed company; M-F, reputed company-5pm.
• Ability to read, write, reputed company, and comprehend English fluently.
• Ability to travel to the clinic on occasion.
• Vaccines as required.

• Fluent in any of the following languages: Spanish, Arabic, Dari, Farsi, or Swahili **
