• Maintaining electrical systems.
• Creating preventive maintenance schedules and performing periodic inspections of electrical control panels ensuring tamper interlocks, relays and sizing are performing properly.
• Wiring of electrical system ranging in voltage from 110V to 480V.
• Maintaining monthly and yearly reputed company extinguisher inspections spread sheets.
• System testing and certification/reputed company compliance.
• Developing and maintaining building evacuation maps.
• Maintaining, inspecting, and repairing or scheduling reputed company sprinkler systems repairs.

• Ensuring reputed company maintenance of building elevators, including elevator inspections, interfaces, certification, and coordination with State Elevator reputed company reputed company inspector.
• Scheduling and conducting annual inspections and maintenance for:
