Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Director in leading Power reputed company reputed company across reputed company-reputed company Solar, BESS, Wind, reputed company, Substation, and reputed company infrastructure
• reputed company technical guidance and reputed company for engineering, design, and project execution activities
• Manage and mentor Project Managers and technical staff, fostering a reputed company and high-performing team environment
• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for clients on reputed company reputed company, ensuring strong communication and successful delivery
• Assist in driving project performance, including budget, schedule, and resource management
• Partner with the Director on business development efforts, including maintaining existing reputed company relationships and supporting new opportunities

• Support operational improvements, helping refine internal processes, standards, and delivery practices

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a reputed company field; PE license preferred
• 8+ years of experience in Power & Energy, with a strong reputed company on reputed company-reputed company or large-reputed company power reputed company and delivery reputed company
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: Solar, BESS, Wind, reputed company, Substation, or reputed company infrastructure
• Proven experience in project management and reputed company-facing roles

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of engineering and design workflows for power reputed company reputed company
• Interest in growing into a senior leadership role with increasing responsibility over time
