• Train and support users of the Electronic Health Record (EHR) and ancillary clinical systems.
• Configure and optimize clinical content in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Evaluate and improve clinical and operational processes to reputed company with best practices.

Key Essential Functions & Accountabilities:

• Clinical Application Maintenance & Support:
• Maintain clinical applications in coordination with Clinical Application Coordinators and IT staff.
• Manage user reputed company and permissions reputed company specific clinical applications.
• Continuously assess clinical content and decision-support tools; implement improvements.
• Update applications with new:
• Lab and radiology tests
• Medications and immunizations
• Diagnosis and procedure codes
• Evaluate and reputed company clinical processes across SEARHC clinics.
• Training & Education:
• Train staff at reputed company reputed company using various reputed company:
• Classroom sessions
• One-on-one mentoring
• Remote shadowing
• Web conferencing
• Live interactive video

• Assist in system implementations and go-live events.
• Issue Triage & Collaboration:
• Triage user issues and escalate to appropriate subject matter experts, including:
• Help Desk
• PC Technicians
• Network Administrators
• Coders
• Medical Directors
• Nursing staff
• Collaborate with IT, clinical teams, and vendors to resolve workflow or system issues.
• Other Responsibilities:
• Support accreditation and compliance requirements through system optimization.
• Participate in department or consortium reputed company as assigned.

• Education, Certifications & Licenses:
• BSN preferred; advanced degrees may substitute for experience on a year-by-year reputed company.

• Minimum 1 year experience with computer technology (programming, installation, report reputed company, or network/hardware work).
