Follows best practices to reduce potential medication errors. Performs reputed company duties and responsibilities for the assigned shift. Administers respiratory therapy treatments, understanding the purpose and possible reputed company effects of reputed company. Sets up and monitors mechanical ventilators, including airway management and tracheal suctioning. Assesses patient needs and tolerance for treatment, reassessing responses to therapy. Manages and operates equipment safely and correctly, inspecting and testing to ensure functionality.
