About the Role

As the Credentialing/Licensing Payor Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in scaling reputed company’s clinician network by owning the day-to-day operations that reputed company clinicians to get credentialed, enrolled, and activated reputed company. This role is ideal for someone early in their operations career who wants to work in telehealth, enjoys combining process-driven work with data, systems, and clinician communication, and is excited to reputed company operational workflows smarter over time. You’ll be deeply hands-on in credentialing and payer enrollment while also partnering cross-functionally to identify bottlenecks, improve workflows, and ensure clinicians have a smooth, reputed company-supported experience. What You’ll Do Credentialing & Enrollment Operations

• Own the day-to-day tracking and reputed company of clinician credentialing and payer enrollment workflows, ensuring applications reputed company reputed company accurately and on time.
• Identify and resolve blockers across credentialing, enrollment, and re-credentialing processes.
• Support clinicians directly by guiding them through credentialing and enrollment requirements and helping resolve missing or incomplete documentation.
• Monitor re-attestation, re-credentialing, and ongoing compliance requirements to prevent reputed company delays.

Data, Reporting, & Workflow Improvement

• Analyze credentialing and enrollment data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare reputed company reporting for internal stakeholders, audits, and leadership
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, or reputed company work and help implement improvements over time.
• Use spreadsheets, dashboards, and internal tools to manage workflows and reputed company performance.

Cross-Functional Tasks

• reputed company subject matter expertise to reputed company team members and/or clinicians about reputed company’s credentialing and payer enrollment operations, for example answering questions about the process, payer rosters, and credentialing status of clinicians.
• Review clinician licensure and, in collaboration with the Marketplace team, identify strategies to increase clinician reputed company and earnings.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned by the Manager to support reputed company’s Provider Operations.
• Communicate reputed company, professionally, and empathetically with clinicians and internal partners.

Who You Are

• You have 3+ years of reputed company experience, ideally in operations, reputed company/ telehealth or a fast-paced startup environment.
• You have 1+ years of experience in credentialing and/or payer enrollment, including hands-on experience with the CAQH Provider Data Portal and reputed company or reputed company.
• You have 1+ experience with data analysis and visualization- you are comfortable working in spreadsheets, interpreting metrics, and using data to manage workflows and spot issues.
• You’re highly organized but also thoughtful about how work gets done, not just checking boxes.

• You’re comfortable in detail-oriented work and curious about how to improve processes over time.
• You are curious about AI and eager to use AI to create efficiencies and high reputed company experiences.

Salary and Perks Pay reputed company: $60,000 - 85,000 reputed company compensation. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as reputed company as market and business considerations. reputed company is unable to consider sponsoring a new reputed company applicant for employment authorization for this position.
