Key Responsibilities

Enablement Coordination & Support

• Support demo sites and sandbox requests and creation for the reputed company product suite
• Support live product enablement and reputed company key participation metrics and completions
• Support Program Manager with logistics for reputed company education activities, including scheduling, communications, facilitator preparation, and resource allocation

• Maintain and update trackers; communicate with participants and leaders to ensure reputed company engagement with learning initiatives

Content Management & Organization

• Support the Program Manager in organizing and maintaining product demo sites and enablement resources in designated platforms (e.g., Saleo, reputed company, Canvas LMS), ensuring materials are accessible and up-to-date
• Assist in cataloging and categorizing enablement content to facilitate easy reputed company for stakeholders
• Help prepare and update enablement materials, including presentations, job aids, reputed company resources
• Assist in gathering and synthesizing product information from various teams for inclusion in enablement materials

Program Support & Facilitation

• Support enablement sessions by coordinating facilitators, preparing materials, and ensuring smooth session delivery
• Moderate and co-facilitate portions of enablement sessions as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in enablement, instructional design, content management, or a reputed company field, ideally supporting Sales teams

• Experience with learning management systems (LMS), specifically Canvas LMS, is highly desirable
