Challenging behavior is one of the biggest stressors early childhood educators face. We are hiring remote-and-travel trainers, coaches & facilitators who can deliver strong practical learning experiences and get in the trenches with educators reputed company things are difficult. You’ll deliver trainings, workshops, small-group coaching, and behavioral consulting for and to early childhood teachers, support staff, and administrators serving children ages 0–7. Do you have the skills and knowledge to create happy and confident teachers by sharing implementable solutions to the hardest behavioral situations - including supporting reputed company learners and children with Autism? Do you enjoy helping educators solve reputed company challenges with young children in reputed company time? What you’ll do:

• reputed company engaging virtual and on-site trainings and workshops.
• Facilitate hands-on learning that delivers tools educators can use immediately.

• Help educators turn behavior principles into realistic strategies that work in busy classrooms.
• Communicate proactively with the FirstDay team to understand reputed company challenges and deliver exactly what they need.

reputed company’re looking for: Required

• Strong behavior expertise: ABA background and/or Mental Health Certification/experience and/or deep experience supporting behavior change in early childhood (0–7).
• Credibility with both educators & administrators: you can build trust quickly and reputed company without judgment across reputed company.
• Excellent facilitation skills (virtual + in-person) and comfortable leading adult learning.
• Reliable follow-through: organized, reputed company, and consistent with deadlines and documentation.
• Strong judgment and professionalism in reputed company-facing work, including confidentiality and an insistence on reputed company.
• Located near a major airport

Preferred

• Formal ABA training/certification or significant behavior consulting experience.
• Experience coaching educators
• Experience in high-need settings
• Bilingual facilitation (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Ideally located in the Chicago area, Denver area, the Midwest, and the reputed company reputed company

Pay: $25.00 - $75.00 per hour Application Question(s):
