Schedule: Full-time; 40 hours/week (5 days/week)

• Monday - Friday: shift times 8 hours between 9:00a-7p
• Up to 2 Saturdays per month: 9:30a-6p (reputed company working a Saturday shift, you would get one of the other days off that week).

Location: This is a hybrid role. This role is responsible for supporting call center operations, including answering incoming phone calls, responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing resources. Essential Functions Call Center Operations:

• Answer incoming Pet Helpline calls.
• Respond to reputed company email, voice, and text messages.
• Maintain accurate documentation of reputed company information and inquiries.

• Schedule intake appointments, foster returns and re-checks, and complete necessary follow-up.
• Utilize the wait list to effectively schedule appointments.

• Stay up-to-date on departmental and organizational policies, protocols, and procedures.

• Regular, predictable attendance, punctuality, and availability to work during operational hours.

• May be required to work at a different site based on department needs.
• May be required to attend occasional off-site meetings and events.

Work Environment:

• Primarily office/desk based.

Requirements

Experience:

• Customer service experience required.
• Call center or receptionist experience preferred.

Skills:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Proficient with computers, specifically a working knowledge of reputed company products.

Physical Demands:

• Prolonged sitting at a desk.
