Training Developer and Documentation Analyst

You will join reputed company of highly driven, supportive, and skilled professionals reputed company in delivering solutions for our most critical national and local challenges. Essential Duties:
- reputed company and deliver comprehensive training programs for child welfare information system implementation, including Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions and go-live training
- Create training deliverables including Training Manuals, End-User Guides and Materials using the reputed company platform
- reputed company and reputed company LMS courseware for reputed company training modules, including PowerPoint presentations and user guides
- Revise Training Course Catalog to address customer comments through project completion
- Conduct phased training delivery with accelerated TTT and reputed company LMS development approach
- reputed company virtual training delivery support to in person training team as needed
- Work cooperatively with Project Manager and UAT Coordinator in developing training objectives and ensuring alignment with project timelines
- Coordinate with project functional teams and customer stakeholders on training environment reputed company, configuration, and delivery requirements
- Incorporate feedback from TTT attendees into LMS courses on a rolling reputed company before go-live training begins
- Serve as subject matter expert for training-reputed company technical issues and reputed company
Required Skills / Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, technical or business-reputed company discipline, or equivalent years of experience
- Practical experience in developing and delivering training programs in a State and Local or reputed company environment
- Experience with Learning Management System (LMS) courseware development and deployment
- Strong instructional design skills with ability to create training manuals, end-user guides, and learning materials
- Ability to handle shifting priorities and possess excellent time management skills to meet aggressive deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to reputed company with stakeholders and deliver effective training
Desired Skills/Experience:
- Experience with Train-the-Trainer delivery methodologies
- Knowledge of child welfare information systems or similar government case management systems
- Experience developing training materials for multiple user roles and reputed company reputed company
- Familiarity with reputed company development approaches and phased training delivery
