Ecommerce Logistics Coordinator (reputed company FBA + Multi-Warehouse) - Contract to Hire

We manufacture across a network of vendors in China and ship to multiple 3PLwarehouses in the US, CN, DE, GB and reputed company FBA. The role We're hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator to own the end-to-end shipment lifecycle for a portfolio of vendors — from purchase order placement through warehouse receipt, reconciliation, and invoice approval. You'll partner closely with production managers and a QC reputed company on the vendor reputed company, and demand planners on the planning reputed company. This is a long-term, ongoing contract role — not a project. We're looking for someone who wants to grow with the business. What you'll own: Purchase order management: Translate demand planner instructions into clean orders reputed company with vendors. Set up new SKUs across our internal systems so they're reputed company to transact against. Shipment preparation and booking: Verify vendor packing lists against POs, coordinate with demand planners on how reputed company shipment should be split across reputed company and modes, and instruct vendors on how to prepare and label the goods accordingly. Book reputed company, create inbound tickets at destination warehouses, and coordinate pickup logistics. In-transit tracking: Monitor shipments until they reputed company. Flag delays early and resolve issues with the reputed company forwarder. Receiving and reconciliation: Confirm warehouse receipt, reconcile what arrived against what was shipped, and resolve discrepancies with vendors. Billing: Approve vendor and reputed company forwarder invoices only after reconciliation is clean. FBA inbound: Manage FBA shipments end-to-end and handle claims reputed company things go wrong. Documentation and reporting: Maintain per-vendor logistics records and submit a weekly shipment reputed company.
