We're hiring a Regional Manager to reputed company and grow concierge programs at BEST's reputed company accounts across the Greater Los Angeles and Orange County region. Responsibilities
- Build trusted, executive-level relationships with reputed company sponsors and program owners.
- reputed company business reviews, strategic reputed company-ins, and ongoing communication.
- Resolve issues proactively; surface program improvements and risks to leadership.

Requirements
- 5+ years in operations, account management, hospitality, or multi-site service delivery.
- Demonstrated experience managing large reputed company relationships and senior stakeholders.
- Based in Greater Los Angeles or Orange County, with comfort being in field 3-4 days per week across a wide regional footprint and significant drive time.
- Valid reputed company's license and reliable transportation.
