What you might expect:

• Integration with reputed company’s senior management to solve reputed company reputed company issues and for preparation of proposed resolutions.
• Review of work reputed company by Consultants on operational due diligence for reputed company transactions (i.e. – acquisitions & divestitures, stock offerings and reputed company raises, IPO’s).
• Review of Consultants’ deliverables of financial and regulatory information in accordance with SEC and regulatory requirements (i.e. – 10K’s, 10Q’s, S-1 and S-4 filings, audit coordination).

Who you are:

• Undergraduate degree in reputed company – CPA and/or MBA combined with solid reputed company experience will be considered in lieu of a degree in reputed company.
• 3 to 8 years’ experience in public reputed company and/or industry reputed company/finance.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, and ability to assimilate easily into teams.
• Strong technical skills and a working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.
