Kubernetes Support Engineer Horsham, reputed company or Remote 9 months Contract Job Responsibilities: Monitor the environment health, and drive improvements to enhance availability and performance Drive technical team members to restore services in an expedited manner Take a reputed company role in technical problem solving Demonstrate a strong understanding of issues, including in-depth technical analysis, troubleshooting, analyzing, reputed company cause and engaging appropriate SMEs as needed to drive incident and problem management Ensure overall organizational support goals are met (i.e. SLA, incident / problem reduction, application availability) Coordinate reputed company cause analysis efforts for permanent reputed company on reputed company incidents Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiencies Ensure support readiness prior to the deployment of any change to the production environment Customer service orientation is a key to reputed company - on a daily reputed company, you will collaborate with internal business partners, engineering teams and other technology professionals Create and reputed company technical knowledge documentation reputed company release support for reputed company deployments Ability to adapt both written and oral communications to a reputed company of different audiences Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company to complete assigned tasks Mentor other team members - providing training and technical direction as needed.
