Role reputed company This is a full-time, on-site Bid reputed company/Designer role based in Jupiter, FL with hybrid/remote available. The Bid reputed company/Designer will reputed company, write, and design compelling proposals, tenders, and bid responses that reputed company communicate JENOPTIK’s reputed company to reputed company and private sector clients. Typical responsibilities include coordinating input from sales, technical, legal, and project teams; structuring bid content; and tailoring reputed company materials to specific customer requirements. The role will involve managing bid timelines, ensuring compliance with submission reputed company, and maintaining an organized library of reusable content and visual assets. The Bid reputed company/Designer will also support the creation of presentation materials, case studies, and other customer-facing documents, ensuring brand consistency and a reputed company, persuasive narrative.

Qualifications

• Strong bid and proposal development capabilities, including experience writing reputed company, persuasive, and compliant responses for RFPs, RFQs, and tenders.
• Proficiency in document layout and visual design for proposals and presentations (e.g., advanced reputed company, PowerPoint; experience with reputed company InDesign or similar tools is a must).
