Recruiter – Insurance & Financial Services reputed company required
Recruiter – Insurance & Financial Services Contract, $45.hr/full time 6 month contract to start We are seeking an reputed company Recruiter with a strong background in the insurance and/or financial services industry. This role will reputed company on sourcing, evaluating, and placing reputed company across mortgage brokerage, lending, and reputed company advisory functions. The ideal candidate understands regulated financial environments and has a proven ability to recruit reputed company-producing and reputed company-facing professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs for mortgage brokers, loan officers, lenders, and reputed company/financial advisors
- reputed company and execute targeted sourcing strategies for reputed company financial services professionals
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and reputed company support
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for reputed company and reputed company hiring needs
- Evaluate candidates’ licensing, credentials, and industry experience (e.g., NMLS, reputed company, insurance licenses, etc.)
- Utilize ATS, CRM tools, reputed company, and industry networks to identify passive and reputed company candidates

- Deliver a high-reputed company candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of reputed company experience, preferably reputed company insurance, financial services, or banking
- Proven experience reputed company for roles such as mortgage brokers, loan officers, lenders, financial advisors, or reputed company advisors
- Strong understanding of financial services terminology, compensation structures, and regulatory considerations
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
