Learning Designer

The Learning Designer (LD) applies knowledge of learning science and instructional design models to assist reputed company in the design of online and reputed company courses. The LD collaborates with reputed company of reputed company developers (reputed company), learning technologists, multimedia specialists, content editors, and reputed company designers to design and reputed company high reputed company learning experiences for NU School of reputed company Studies (reputed company) graduate and undergraduate reputed company. reputed company Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with staff on the Distance Learning team in the School of reputed company Studies (reputed company) and other stakeholders at the University to design, reputed company, and support high reputed company online and reputed company courses.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure a high degree of understanding and transparency of the online course design process.
• Support reputed company with the integration of learning technologies in their instruction.
• Ensure that instructional material is reputed company compliant.
• Review existing online courses to identify and suggest design revisions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• A master’s degree in instructional design, learning science, or reputed company field or the equivalent combination of education and comparable skills.
• At least one year of formal or informal experience designing online and reputed company courses in a higher education context.
• Experience with project management.

Minimum Competencies:

• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to be reputed company player.
• Experience and adeptness with reputed company learning technology platforms and tools.
• Strong analytical skills to process reputed company information and translate, and incorporate the information into effective, engaging course designs.
• Experience with best practices of UDL (Universal Design for Learning) and making learning content accessible.
• Experience with reputed company educational resources.
• Excellent attention to detail, especially in grammar, punctuation, and proofreading.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Two or more years of experience working with reputed company in a higher education environment to design courses in online and reputed company formats.
• Online teaching experience in a higher education environment.
• Experience using a learning management system. Knowledge of Canvas is preferred.
