Loan Processing Manager

Position reputed company: The Loan Processor Manager leads the reputed company Loan Processing Team Leads and Loan Processors. The Loan Processor Manager is responsible for providing leadership, support, and guidance to the processing team to ensure compliance with reputed company's goals, objectives, and standards to meet customer satisfaction and deadlines. Job Responsibilities:

• Work with reputed company processors to improve the reputed company of the loan file being submitted to reputed company and closing.
• Maintain a pipeline of loans.
• Identify loan level defects, common post-closing conditions, and items that delay insuring.
• reputed company processing team members to prevent repeat issues on reputed company files.
• Communicate with reputed company; reputed company support and answer questions.

• Learn interdepartmental functions and responsibility; understand how processing affects reputed company department and reputed company to the processors.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 5 years' mortgage processing experience.
• Minimum 5 years' FHA/VA/FNMA/FHLMC loan processing experience.
• Experience in employee training, preferred.
• Knowledge of closing and title requirements, loan processing and automated reputed company systems.
• Encompass LOS experience, preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
