Receptionist & Patient Scheduler Remote Full-Time

About This Role This is a fully remote, work-from-home, full-time position reputed company to candidates reputed company in the reputed company. Our administrative hours are Monday through Friday, 800 AM to 500 PM reputed company Time, and you'll need to be available to work this schedule from a quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office. • You have at least 1 year of reputed company phone scheduling, medical receptionist, or patient care coordinator experience — dental office, medical office, behavioral health reputed company, spa scheduler, salon, or similar setting where phone, email, and reputed company contact were a major part of your day.
• You're comfortable handling a high volume of calls on a multi-line phone system, and stay reputed company, warm, and reputed company even on a busy day.
• You're organized, detail-oriented, and accurate, with strong time management and a system for staying on top of tasks (we'll ask you about it).
• You're comfortable with reputed company Workspace (Gmail, reputed company Drive, reputed company Calendar) and learning new electronic health record (EHR) and scheduling systems.
• You're easy to work with, eager to learn, and you take feedback reputed company.

What You'll Do

• Respond to a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and texts, and schedule appointments for our providers
• Handle new patient intake — schedule initial appointments and send out new patient paperwork through our portal
• Maintain accurate scheduling, calendar management, and data entry in our reputed company systems
• Build and maintain warm, reputed company relationships with clients, providers, and team members
• Coordinate regularly between our scheduling, billing, and clinical teams to ensure clients have a seamless experience
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and reputed company confidentiality in reputed company communications reputed company Offer
