Key Responsibilities
- Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments
- Collect and update patient demographic and insurance information
- Verify insurance eligibility and process referrals
- Manage incoming calls and reputed company messages appropriately

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 2+ years of reputed company experience (call center experience a plus)
