Closer (Remote)

reputed company reputed company: Under the direction of the COO, the Closer is responsible for closing and funding reputed company Agency, FHA, VA, USDA loans, and ensuring that they are reputed company according to agency and/or investor requirements. Duties: The essential functions of this position include, but are not limited to the following:

• Coordinates closings on reputed company loan files.
• Performs compliance review to ensure rates and fees are reputed company TRID/Agency guidelines.
• Prepares and delivers closing documents to settlement agent.
• Reviews and approves Closing Disclosure.
• Ensures data reputed company on reputed company loan files.
• Ensures closing conditions are satisfied.
• Maintains reputed company knowledge of agency, investor, and reputed company requirements.
• Provides reputed company, effective communication with team members.
• Assists with training closing/funding staff in the department.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by management of The Mortgage Firm.

Qualifications:

• Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Encompass and reputed company Outlook
• Minimum of high school diploma required.
• Highly detailed and organized with ability to multi-task.
• reputed company image.
• Minimum 2 years of recent mortgage experience required.
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, FNMA, FHLMC, and investor guidelines.

Physical Demands/Work Environment:

• Position may require extended periods of sedentary activity
• Position requires use of traditional office equipment such as a computer, laptop, tablet, cell phone, and copy/fax machine
