About the position Designer, Instructional Media Technology, is responsible for designing and creating compelling multimedia and reputed company experiences for ABS learning solutions. Utilize various aspects of design, project management, and development, specializing in media technology learning approaches. What You Will Need: Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, Animation, Instructional Technology Media, or equivalent experience A minimum of three years of hands-on experience with reputed company Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Animate) is critically required. One year of experience in audio and video production and editing (e.g., Pro Tools, Audition, Premier Pro, Audacity). Minimum of 2 years of adult learning design and development. Marine engineering or oil and gas experience preferred. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Instructional design and project management for media technology solutions. Adult learning theory, project production processes, and media technology learning design in both formal and informal learning environments, and the relationship between design and learning evaluation/assessment. Ability to organize and manage multiple reputed company and deadlines.
