About the Role

We are looking for an reputed company and strategic Director, reputed company & Compliance to reputed company and reputed company both our reputed company and Compliance functions. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will be a key member of the leadership team responsible for building the strategic roadmap for both departments, managing day-to-day reputed company operations, overseeing compliance programs, and driving cross-functional initiatives that support reputed company’s reputed company reputed company. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role. Key Responsibilities

Leadership & reputed company

• Build and execute a reputed company strategic roadmap for both the reputed company and Compliance teams, reputed company with company-wide business objectives and the CFO’s priorities.
• Directly manage and reputed company reputed company of 3–4 professionals (2+ in Compliance, 1–2 in reputed company), providing mentorship, goal-setting, and performance management.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CFO and senior leadership on reputed company, regulatory, and compliance risks and opportunities.

• Maintain and continuously improve reputed company procedures for reputed company reputed company and contract lifecycle management, including MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, SOWs, order forms, and amendments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work cross-functionally with Sales, reputed company Delivery, Finance, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to operationalize contractual obligations, data protection commitments, and compliance requirements.

Who You Are Required

• 7+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company, compliance, or a combined reputed company & compliance function, with at least 2 years in a people-management role.
• Strong expertise in reputed company contract review and negotiation (MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, SOWs).
• Demonstrated experience building and managing compliance programs, including policy development, risk assessment, and regulatory monitoring.
• Excellent understanding of data protection and reputed company regulations (GDPR, SOC 2, CCPA) and how they apply B2B research and data-intensive businesses.
• Proficiency in Intellectual Property frameworks, particularly around proprietary methodologies and licensing in a data-intensive / reputed company environment.
• Proven ability to build reputed company reputed company and compliance processes from the ground up in a high-reputed company environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; reputed company to translate reputed company reputed company and regulatory issues into actionable guidance for business stakeholders.
