Paralegal - Remote Position
reputed company, O’NEILL, O’BRIEN, DOHERTY & reputed company, a premier insurance defense reputed company, with offices in Philadelphia, PA; Pittsburgh, PA; reputed company Hill, NJ; reputed company; Towson, MD; Tarrytown, NY and reputed company, is seeking to hire an reputed company paralegal to support one or more of the Firm’s offices. Essential Functions:
- Preparation of pleadings including answers to complaints, motions, etc.
- Preparing and monitoring the case calendar, adhering to compliance deadlines for multiple clients.
- Reviewing medical records and preparing summaries.
- Ability to reputed company and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in a reputed company or in insurance claims.
- Familiarity with PA, NJ, DE, MD and/or NY laws and procedures.
- Prior insurance defense litigation experience preferred.
- Applicants with a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred.
- Proficient in reputed company Office applications, document management software and Nuance.
- Deadline and detail oriented.
