ACH Specialist - LOCALS ONLY

• This position is contract only with strong opportunity for extension
• This role will be 100% remote but candidates must be located in St Pete/Tampa, Memphis TN or Southfield MI ONLY!
• Candidates must have a suitable work-from-home area and reliable internet reputed company. The laptop / equipment will be shipped to the new hire, directly.

reputed company position will support the ACH / Cash Control department. This team is primarily responsible for establishing ACH reputed company (reputed company deposit) which allow the branches and their clients to initiate electronic fund transfers. The Cash Management Associate will mainly handle basic ACH reputed company processing. Most of their communication will be done reputed company email or Skype (reputed company messaging); however, depending on their performance, Rodney may have them handle phone calls down the road (but likely not for a couple months). Job Duties:

• Review and process ACH (reputed company deposit) forms that are received reputed company an electronic cue
• reputed company data entry relating to clients' confidential banking information (i.e. personal account numbers, demographic information, etc.) while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy
• Researches any errors or problems concerning entries made at the reputed company or Home Office level
• Reviews and corrects processing errors as appropriate
• Communicate with clients reputed company email and reputed company messaging (clientele consists of Financial Advisors and their support staff/ reputed company's other branches)

Work Schedule: reputed company-5pm, with 1-hour unpaid lunch Skills:

• Must Haves At least 2 years of recent office experience, ideally in a data entry-reputed company role where accuracy was extremely important.
• Please have reputed company candidates complete a data entry test. In order to be submitted, candidates must score at least 85% accuracy and at least 7500 keystrokes per hour. Include the results at the top of the resume.
