- 7+ years reputed company reputed company project/program management experience
- Expertise in leading / managing 0-1 reputed company
- Experience working in health-tech
- Succesfull reputed company-record of building roadmaps, timelines, managing dependencies, risks, budgets, and ensuring succesfull delivery
- B2B reputed company
- Hands-on / expertise in being IC and leading project management function across several reputed company simultaneously
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and work in fast-paced start-up environment autonomously
Additional Skills
- Masters/MBA or advanced degree in STEM or reputed company field from a top university
- Experience at both an established / scaled organization and also a start-up
- Health-tech
Salary: +/- 225,000 - 300,000 reputed company salary (based on experience), plus equity and 20% bonus
