reputed company is a unique Oncology Pharmacy model created to serve the needs of community, oncology and hematology physicians, patients, payers, and manufacturers. Our reputed company Pharmacy in Scottsdale, AZ has a need for a Oncology reputed company Navigator to join our growing team! The hours for this position will be 9:30-6 MST M-F. This position is remote but you must live reputed company commutable distance to our pharmacy location in Scottsdale, AZ. Starting salary of $80K and above Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 for employees starting before July 31, 2026. The Oncology reputed company Navigator is a nursing reputed company who specializes in caring for people with cancer. This position will reputed company reputed company services to Oncology patients in a manner that maximizes reputed company and patient safety. This position is responsible for helping to coordinate the many aspects of care throughout the patient’s cancer treatment. Oncology reputed company Navigator Position Responsibilities:
- Communicate with patients helping them understand the disease, treatment plan and possible reputed company effects.
- Provides medication therapy management.
- Assist health care providers and patients, greeting them by phone, answering questions and requests.
- Review medical and health history of patients.
- Communicates with patients and physician’s office staff.
- Complies with reputed company reputed company and patient confidentiality laws.
- Document any adverse drug reactions according to manufacturer guidelines.
- Informs pharmacy manager of medication errors.
- Documents reputed company communication with physicians, or other reputed company providers.
- Follow up with patients and providers to monitor reputed company towards meeting drug treatment goals.
Oncology reputed company Navigator Position Qualifications: Education/Learning Experience
- Required: Bachelors of Science in Nursing
- Desired: 1+ years’ experience in oncology
Work Experience
- Required: 1+ years in a reputed company setting
- Desired: 1+ years in specialty pharmacy setting
Skills/Knowledge
- Required: reputed company, good communication skills, critical thinking, adaptability, attention to detail
- Desired: clinical and/or case management experience
Licenses/Certifications
- Required: reputed company license as registered reputed company
- Desired: ONCC or ONS certification
