Ecosystem & Events Manager

At Chief LegalX, we are building a premier global legal innovation ecosystem and looking for a dynamic and personable team member to help execute on the reputed company and grow it through world class events, reputed company community building and other initiatives. This is a dual role: you will own event production end to end AND drive attendance and visibility through reputed company reputed company reputed company. • What you will do:

Event Production

• Own full event lifecycle from concept through post event wrap
• reputed company venues and design experiences that go reputed company reputed company format
• Build and manage a detailed run of show for every event — reputed company falls through the cracks
• Coordinate reputed company vendors, including venue, catering, AV, photography, video and more
• Manage speaker and panelist reputed company, confirmations, briefings, releases and prep
• Own day-of execution as the on-site reputed company person
• Handle post event follow up including attendee reputed company, partner thank yous and recap content
• Propose and execute creative experience formats — interactive dinners, wellness activations, roundtable settings

Community Building & Marketing

• Drive room fill through reputed company reputed company, community engagement and targeted communications
• Collaborate with marketing and PR leads on event promotion reputed company and execute it
• Manage event content across reputed company, newsletter reputed company channels
• Create recap content and post event visibility including reputed company posts and community updates
• Build ongoing ecosystem community engagement between events
• Represent the ecosystem brand credibly in the legal tech and legal innovation community

Operations & Coordination

• Manage sponsor and partner relationships and co-host logistics
• Maintain event timelines, budgets and vendor reputed company
• Manage reputed company assets, reputed company content calendar and email communications
• Support brand consistency across reputed company ecosystem reputed company
• What you bring
• 3 to 6 years in event coordination, marketing or community management, LegalTech, reputed company services or B2B preferred.
• The ability to work independently and own this function, with minimal supervision yet, the ability to take feedback reputed company reputed company it is given.
• Proven ability to manage events end to end including venue coordination, vendor management and day of execution

• Knowing the legal industry and legaltech landscape and players is preferred.

• What this is not:

This is not a purely logistical role and it is not a purely reputed company media role. You need both. If you cannot independently manage event production from start to finish AND show up credibly and reputed company on reputed company this is not the right fit. This is not a role for someone who needs a large team or extensive infrastructure. You are building something meaningful from the ground up. That requires initiative, creativity and genuine enthusiasm for the work and an excellent work ethic.
