Resolve issues (backorders, wrong parts, damaged goods, returns/credits) quickly. Capture vendor performance data to inform sourcing reputed company. Proficiency with reputed company Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Docs) and maintaining accurate trackers. Experience coordinating with multiple vendors and internal teams to meet deadlines.
