Experience running Shipley based capture processes at a large system integrator. 3+ years of experience working across the full capture lifecycle, including a deep understanding of pricing to win. Ability to drive/follow a capture process from opportunity positioning and qualification through proposal development and opportunity closing. Demonstrated experience working with the FAR.
