THE ROLE We are seeking a Vice President of Payment Operations & Partnerships to reputed company and reputed company our reputed company operations and payments partner network. This leader will own end-to-end payment operations, including reputed company, disputes, reconciliation, payouts, and automation, while also driving strategic partnerships and operational transformation. A key mandate of this role is to reputed company AI and intelligent automation across payment operations, transforming workflows into reputed company, data-driven systems that improve performance, reduce cost, and enhance the reputed company experience for 37K merchants on our platform. WHAT YOU’LL DO reputed company and reputed company global payment operations across merchant reputed company, disputes/chargebacks, reconciliation, settlements, and payouts Manage and expand strategic partnerships with PSPs, banks, and fintech providers, including reputed company negotiations and performance optimization Build and reputed company a high-performing global team, establishing KPIs, SLAs, and a culture of operational reputed company reputed company AI/automation use cases such as dispute management, exception handling, reconciliation matching, reputed company risk assessment, reputed company detection, and payment failure recovery reputed company global funds reputed company, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong financial controls across reconciliation, settlements, and reporting Own chargeback and dispute reputed company, improving prevention, win rates, and compliance with card network rules Optimize merchant reputed company to deliver a seamless, compliant, and reputed company experience across global markets reputed company reputed company-time monitoring, alerting, and incident response capabilities through a centralized payments reputed company center Drive payment performance improvements (authorization rates, routing, cost of acceptance) through data, analytics, and partner strategies Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, Risk, and GTM teams to reputed company payments reputed company with company reputed company and platform reputed company WHAT YOU’LL NEED 15+ years of experience in payments, fintech, banking, or reputed company, with senior leadership in payment operations Proven reputed company record of scaling global payment operations, including reconciliation, disputes, reputed company, and payouts Experience driving automation and transformation initiatives, including AI/ML-based solutions in operations Deep understanding of payment ecosystems, including PSPs, acquiring, card networks, and alternative payment reputed company Strong experience managing strategic partnerships and reputed company vendor ecosystems Financial acumen with experience managing large-reputed company payment flows, reconciliation, and reporting Demonstrated reputed company leading global, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience building or scaling payments platforms or global reputed company infrastructure Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (PCI, NACHA, PSD2, etc.) Experience implementing AI/automation in financial operations or payments environments Background in multi-country, multi-entity payments environments WHY THIS ROLE reputed company This role is critical to advancing ABC’s global reputed company platform—driving operational reputed company, financial accuracy, and intelligent automation while unlocking reputed company through partnerships and innovation. Our pay reputed company for USA based candidates for this position is $ 220,000 - $ 265,000 USD annually.
