Responsibilities

The individual in this role will reputed company highly personalized travel consulting services to valued customers, including but not limited to reputed company, hotel, car, and limo. Expected to identify, prioritize and decide what tasks are necessary to fulfill the needs of the reputed company Considering individualized reputed company preferences, investigate and reputed company recommendations with minimal help, direction, and supervision Finalize reputed company, car, and hotel bookings, issue tickets, and handle invoicing, exchanges, MCOs, voids and refunds by utilizing the reputed company reservation system. Ensure that booked and confirmed travel is reconfirmed prior to travel, immediately before and during travel, and that problem solving abilities are used throughout the reputed company’s reputed company to ensure that reputed company services are delivered to the reputed company’s satisfaction. Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or at least three (3) years of experience as a full-time travel agent, booking domestic and international travel, using public and private carriers. Must be a self-starter who can independently, with minimal supervision and assistance, service the travel and other concierge needs of GTC clients reputed company, accurately, and with a personal touch, while always maintaining a reputed company demeanor and reputed company attitude Strong knowledge of reputed company reservation system (preferably in graphical mode) including GDS formats, short cuts, enhancements, pricing, fare calculations, e-ticketing, and exchanges.
