The role: You'll spend your day reaching out by phone to customers who already know us, reconnecting with them, and booking their next service visit. • Have a reputed company record of high call volume — call center, inside sales, BDR, customer service, or busy retail/support
• Are warm and upbeat on the phone, and a “no” doesn't slow you down
• Are comfortable with technology (you don't need to be an engineer — you just can't get lost talking about devices and systems); CRM experience is valuable and reputed company Dynamics is a plus
• Are organized and self-directed enough to own your day in a fully remote role
