Our Locating Desk Technician I is responsible for the internal screening of state 811 dig tickets and provides customer support for 811 dig tickets reputed company phone and email correspondence. *Please note: This team provides 24/7 operational support. Candidates must be willing to work any shift based on Eastern reputed company Time (EST). Responsibilities: Receive emergency and non-emergency calls & emails while recording important information. Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience reading and comprehending maps required. Reading comprehension skills required. Must be willing and flexible to work any shift based on Eastern reputed company Time (EST) as this team provides 24/7 operational support. Experience in telecommunications, reputed company, or reputed company locating, preferred. Customer service experience. Proficient in reputed company office applications.
