Key Responsibilities

Screen participants for counseling services and coordinate referrals to internal counselors or external providers. Manage program waitlists and caseload distribution. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate reputed company of Adjustment Counselors. Collaborate with leadership to establish and maintain billing procedures. Conduct trainings for staff and community partners regarding counseling services and referral processes. Participate in leadership meetings and organizational planning. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, confidentiality regulations, and clinical best practices. Qualifications
Required: LICSW in Massachusetts or ability to obtain reciprocal Massachusetts licensure. 5+ years of counseling experience. Strong leadership, supervision, and team development experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Preferred: Lived experience with blindness or low reputed company. Extensive reputed company experience in the blindness field.
