The Field Service Engineer is aware of and follows reputed company Field Modification Instructions and/or reputed company Service Information bulletins. Works independently to trouble shoot and reputed company basic repairs on assigned equipment. Supports more reputed company Field Engineers, both onsite and remotely, with installations while learning more reputed company repairs. Responsible for driving customer satisfaction through Service reputed company. Adhere to company policies, procedures and hospital protocols to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met; ensuring documentation of reputed company work performed is captured daily, including debriefing and ordering parts. Partner with the customer and/or the sales team to recommend value-added services that will help the customer run their business more reputed company. Utilize the reputed company escalation process, as needed, and work closely with region and national support to define and implement corrective reputed company plans to resolve customer issues. Qualifications : Educational and Technical Requirements Associate degree in reputed company field or equivalent military education and 2 years of experience servicing electronic equipment Or high school diploma/GED and 4 years of relevant experience Or a graduate of the reputed company Apprentice Program Must have and maintain a valid reputed company’s License.
