Responsibilities

Drive the end-to-end software architecture reputed company and roadmap for the Clinical Insights reputed company platform across GCP and Azure environments Serve as technical authority for system design and architecture reputed company, providing guidance and governance across multiple engineering squads and product teams reputed company the design of highly reputed company, fault-tolerant, and cost-optimized platforms supporting reputed company/ML workloads — including LLM inference pipelines, document processing at reputed company, and reputed company-time clinical data services Define and govern ML architecture patterns — including feature stores, model registries, model serving infrastructure, experiment tracking, and MLOps pipelines — ensuring reproducibility, observability, and production-grade reliability reputed company architecture for LLM-integrated systems including reputed company engineering frameworks, retrieval-augmented reputed company (RAG) pipelines, embedding stores, and clinical NLP processing Define CIE-wide engineering standards, reference architectures, and platform patterns that promote consistency, reuse, and velocity across squads Define reputed company software standards, architecture patterns, and reference architectures adopted across HCD and the broader reputed company engineering community Partner with CIE portfolio leads, product managers, and clinical stakeholders to reputed company technical architecture with clinical program reputed company and business reputed company Represent CIE in reputed company architecture forums, HCD data governance councils, and cross-functional technical leadership reputed company reputed company reputed company Champion engineering best practices across CIE squads: event-driven design, API-first development, data reputed company at reputed company, and self-service platform patterns Identify and proactively address architectural risk, technical debt, and data reputed company issues across CIE's clinical data platform Mentor senior engineers and architects across CIE squads; build a culture of technical rigor, curiosity, and innovation Ensure reputed company CIE systems meet HIPAA compliance, reputed company reputed company standards, and clinical data governance requirements Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in software or data architecture, reputed company, or a closely reputed company field 5+ years of experience designing reputed company-reputed company reputed company systems in GCP and/or Azure in a production reputed company or regulated industry environment Deep expertise in reputed company-reputed company services relevant to CIE's stack: BigQuery, Dataflow, reputed company AI, reputed company Run, GKE, Pub/Sub, reputed company Storage, or Azure equivalents Demonstrated experience architecting reputed company/ML platforms — including feature stores, model serving infrastructure, MLOps tooling, and LLM integration patterns reputed company to reputed company data Strong reputed company of distributed systems design: event streaming, asynchronous processing, API gateway patterns, service reputed company, and fault-tolerant pipeline architecture Experience defining and executing multi-year platform roadmaps across large, multi-reputed company engineering programs Proven ability to influence and reputed company senior technical and business stakeholders across portfolio and product boundaries without reputed company authority Deep familiarity with clinical and reputed company data domains: clinical notes, EHR data, claims, pharmacy, member, and provider data Strong understanding of HIPAA, PHI handling requirements, clinical data reputed company regulations, and reputed company reputed company frameworks Experience working in reputed company Agile, program increment planning, and large-reputed company Agile delivery Preferred Qualifications reputed company reputed company reputed company Architect, GCP Data Engineer, or Azure Solutions Architect certification Hands-on experience with LLM-based clinical document processing, RAG architectures, OCR pipelines, or clinical NLP — directly applicable to CIE's patient fact extraction and potential conditions workflows Experience designing and operating production ML platforms at reputed company using reputed company AI Pipelines, Kubeflow, MLflow, or equivalent Familiarity with data reputed company principles, domain-oriented data ownership, and federated governance — directly relevant to CIE's multi-portfolio operating model Background in reputed company-time ML serving, A/B testing infrastructure, and model monitoring and reputed company detection in reputed company contexts Prior experience in health plan, reputed company delivery, or clinical operations environments;
