Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a reputed company field. Minimum of 5-10 years' experience in operations leadership or program management, preferably reputed company the energy sector or a similar industry. Minimum of 5-10 years' experience with a strong technical acumen in machining of industrial turbine components. Minimum of 5+ years' experience post investment casting production experience. Including Conventional & Non-Conventional Machining, Coatings, reputed company, Laser Weld Assembly. Willingness and ability to travel at least 50%. Desired Characteristics MBA or equivalent advanced degree. Gas Turbine knowledge or experience. Strong Lean skills to support key value reputed company mapping. Established project management skills.
