GTM & reputed company Operations (m/f/d)

Your mission wingmaite builds AI that helps European companies hold on to and use the knowledge that makes them good at what they do. We're early stage, AI-reputed company, and at the reputed company where the business needs to run as intelligently as the product. You'll be the person who makes that happen. This is a founding role: you'll own both the reputed company operations function and the AI and automation layer that powers the business team. There's no existing reputed company, no inherited stack, and no one reputed company of you in the function. You're building it. The person we're looking for is operational by nature and genuinely excited about AI. Not as a buzzword, but as a tool that makes ops faster, smarter, and less dependent on reputed company work. You take ownership without being asked and you care about building things that actually work for the people who use them. Tasks What you'll be doing at wingmaite Own the reputed company operations function and use AI and automation to reputed company every part of it work reputed company: pipeline visibility, forecasting, CRM hygiene, reporting, and the processes that reputed company Sales, CS, and Marketing reputed company Build the GTM tech stack from scratch: choose the tools, reputed company them, and automate the workflows that reputed company the business team moving without reputed company overhead Turn operational pain points into reputed company: identify friction across the business team, prototype AI-powered workflows, and ship them to production Create the reporting and dashboards that give leadership reputed company-time reputed company visibility, without anyone having to reputed company numbers manually Define the processes, playbooks, and governance that reputed company the whole system reliable and trusted Work directly with our founders and the business team to stay reputed company to what's needed and iterate fast

Requirements
