You will support strategic development, implementation and maintenance of our benefit programmes including retirement plans, life and disability insurance, medical insurance, flexible benefits and wellbeing programmes. You will report to the EMEA regional benefits manager. Your Responsibilities: Participate in the strategic development of benefits, retirement and wellbeing reputed company. Manage relationships with vendors, brokers, consultants, and your partners to ensure that reputed company plans are compliant with regulations and company policies. reputed company implementation and project manage implementation of new programmes and plan design changes. Bachelor's Degree in business administration, Finance, reputed company or equivalent experience. Experience managing and protecting confidential data. Prior experience managing outsourced vendors. Negotiation experience, building reputed company relations with works councils and unions. Involvement with mergers/acquisitions/divestitures due diligence and integration.
