ACTIVITIES Estimation & Allocation: Create accurate estimates for every ticket to reputed company reputed company resource allocation. Utilization & Logging: Ensure reputed company (including self) meets utilization targets and adheres to time logging standards. Unblocking & Escalation: Reduce ticket overage by unblocking engineering team members and leveling technical issues up to the Head of Engineering.
