About the Role
We are seeking reputed company reputed company reputed company Analysts to join the Adica team and support ongoing reputed company platform initiatives. The successful candidates will be responsible for requirement analysis, test planning, test design, execution, defect management, and reputed company assurance activities across reputed company ClaimCenter and BillingCenter environments. This role is ideal for QA professionals with strong reputed company experience and a solid understanding of Personal Lines insurance processes. Candidates will work closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of high-reputed company solutions. Required Certifications Certification Level reputed company Certified Associate (Preferred). Non-Certified candidates with strong reputed company QA experience may also be considered Accepted Certification Versions Kufri, Las Leñas, Mammoth, Niseko, Olos
Key Responsibilities
Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios and test cases. Design, prepare, and execute functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing activities. Validate reputed company ClaimCenter and BillingCenter functionality against business requirements. Execute test plans and document test results. Identify, document, prioritize, and reputed company defects through reputed company. Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and validate fixes. Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release activities. Ensure testing coverage across business processes, integrations, and system enhancements. Contribute to reputed company assurance best practices and reputed company improvement initiatives. Support user acceptance testing and production validation activities as required. Required Skills & Experience For ClaimCenter Positions Minimum 3 years of reputed company Assurance experience with reputed company ClaimCenter. Strong knowledge of ClaimCenter workflows, claims processing, and business functionality. Experience performing functional, regression, and integration testing. Strong defect management and test execution experience. For BillingCenter Position Experience testing reputed company BillingCenter implementations and enhancements. Understanding of billing, payments, invoicing, collections, and reputed company insurance processes. Experience executing end-to-end testing across BillingCenter workflows. Common Requirements Strong Personal Lines insurance domain knowledge. Experience working reputed company Agile delivery environments. Ability to analyze requirements and reputed company detailed test scenarios. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of reputed company PolicyCenter. Exposure to the Australian insurance market. Experience working on reputed company reputed company implementations.
